Jeff on his 2008 stock Thundercat

Welcome!

Welcome to the Thundercat Owners Group!  I’m actively working on getting everything set up so you can begin to enjoy our really cool site aimed at Arctic Cat Thundercat owners and enthusiasts. If you don’t own a T-Cat, don’t worry! You’ll still be able to find and share lots of information on all the other Arctic Cat models.

Here’s a run-down on some of the site’s features:

  • Discussion Forums
  • OHV Club Listings and Reviews
  • Vendor Listings and Reviews
  • Product Listings and Reviews
  • Polls
  • News

If you have any questions, comments or complaints, please use the Feedback page to send me message.

Cheers!
Jeff

How to Find an Arctic Cat Dealer

To find your local Arctic Cat dealer, you can use your favorite search engine or head on over to Arctic Cat’s official directory. The user interface is very easy and the search results are user friendly. What I have found however is that the directory may not be completely accurate. For example, I know for a fact that a dealer close to my home went out of business but they are still shown in the directory. Either way, give it a shot and let me know what you think about it.

By any stretch of the imagination, the goal for Arctic Cat/ Bi-Polar Prowler race team for the 2009 race season was daunting: Compete against fully-modified UTVs in the seven-event Best-In-The-Desert (BITD) off-road race series using a stock Prowler XTZ 1000 H2. And by any measure, third place overall is an exceptional accomplishment. “We came into this [... […]

Editor’s Note: I’ve had my eye on a couple of performance items from these guys for a while now. I’m particularly curious how well the new full exhaust system for the Thundercat enhances performance. The only thing that concerns me the most is the noise level. I’m not sure how much louder the exhaust will be but I’m pretty sure it will be louder than stock! I like to go fast but not at the expense of blasting everyone out of their camp as I pass by!

Here’s what the exhaust system looks like:
