Glad you could join us. I've been waiting on some new members. The first mod that I think anyone with an automatic cat sould do is ///AIRDAM. Adam is getting praised in the cat community for his machine work on the sheaves. Better throttle response, will pull harder low end, mid range, and faster top speed. You can't go wrong. Snorkels are a good investment. Even if don't want to ride in the water. You never know when you have to cross that creek and " That was a lot deeper than I thought". I've heard that before.

Welcome to TOG! Congrats on your new T-Cat! What year did you get?

The mods you're getting sound pretty good. I'd be curious how the pipe works out for you. Who are you buying it from? Is it Hot Seat Performance?

Cheers,

Oh, I get it now. Yeah, big wheels and tires on factory drivetrain probably spells trouble.

Thanks for sharing!

I figured I was going to go big on the bike (950cc), so why not go big on the tires. I got some ITP SS212's machined and black wrapped in a set of 32" Silverbacks . Tire and wheel together weigh 66 lbs a piece. That's a total weight of 264 lbs for just the tires and wheels. That's alot of rotating mass. Bad on axles and differentials. I know because right now as we speak, I have a busted differential on the rear of my TCAT .
