MY new 2009 T-Cat went about 30 miles before the belt began slipping, when I brought it in for repair it turns out some seal had leaked oil all over the belt. It took 2 weeks to get the parts and get it fixed. I have now travelled about 60 more miles since it was fixed and it's doing it again! I hear a lot of complaints on the the Thunder Cat ATVs has anyone else had headaches with their T-Cat? I'm wondering if I got a "lemon" or if they're all lemons? It's very frustrating to spend thousands on a machine that barely went 100 miles and is now "off to the shop" for the second time :( I'm reading of vibration issues, over heating issues, the starters, the coolant pump. What else whould I watch out for?

DAGZ, sorry to hear about that. I've not heard anything about the belt slippage but I have heard that the first batch of 2008 models had a TON of issues. I guess I got lucky with mine. The only problem I had was an oil leak between the transmission and engine. Dealer told me there's only a fine bead of silicone between the two! Luckily the repair was approved under warranty, otherwise it would of cost me around $800! They told me they had to pull the entire engine assembly out to fix the leak. So far, so good.Cool
